WOMEN'S KICKBOXING (AGES 17+)

Women’s Kickboxing at PTC Zone is a beginner-friendly, high-energy class built for strength, confidence, and stress relief—without intimidation. You don’t need experience, and you don’t need to be “in shape” before you start. You just need a willingness to show up.


I coach with structure and safety: clean technique, controlled intensity, and progress you can feel week to week. Many of our kickboxing members are parents of PTC Zone students—because strength runs in the family here.

  • Ages: 17+

  • Membership: $100/month
