Po Chi Lam Training Center, Inc.

The Instructor Certification Program through the Thunder Mountain Family Kung Fu Association is available to both existing Hung Gar Instructors and individuals interested in becoming Hung Gar Instructors.

Each level of Certification covers specific areas of the Hung Gar system on which the applicant must pass certification examinations.

The Hung Gar System at the Po Chi Lam Training Center, Inc. is divided into five levels - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Senior, and Sifu-level training.

Each level contains several sashes (similar to belts) through which a student progresses, and must pass a test to prove they are proficient at a given level before they learn additional material.

Each level includes various exercises, conditioning, stance training, techniques, and self-defense applications.
