Looking to shed a few pounds for the holiday season? Or maybe you just want to get into better overall physical shape. Try out one of our new Cardio Kick Boxing classes for a high energy workout.
Use the proven techniques of martial arts, push your body to the limit, and burn 500 to 700 calories per workout. You will see and feel the difference! You will find energy and power you never thought you had! Kickboxing training gets you in shape!
Zumba is a super charged Latin rhythm based cardio workout with very easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Class Cost: $30.00 per month (Unlimited classes)
Kickboxing Class: Monday and Friday 7:30pm
Zumba Class: Sunday 2:00pm, Wednesday 7:30pm, Saturday 10:00am
