Young Tigers (Ages 5-9)

Young Tigers Kung Fu program has been specially created for the five to nine year-olds to include activities and lessons that teach fitness, confidence and discipline - all wrapped in the fun and games that preschoolers will enjoy and taught through the structure of martial arts that parents are looking for....

Youth Kung Fu (Ages 10-15)

Youth Kung Fu Program is designed for children ages ten to fifteen. Martial arts training can be an important source of motivation and positive experiences and role models that help children excel academically and throughout their lives....

Adult Kung Fu (Ages 16 and Up)

Our Adult Kung Fu program focuses on the Hung Gar Kung Fu System. Hung Gar is a style of traditional Kung Fu from Southern China that combines powerful kicks, strong hand techniques and quick footwork. Hung Gar also includes the famous Five Animals techniques and training in many traditional Chinese weapons!

Youth Sparring (Ages 5-15)

Once a week youth members get the opportunity to participate in Light Contact Sparring with their classmates. Sparring gives students the chance to practice basic martial arts techniques in a safe, controlled environment with their classmates. Sparring only takes place under the supervision of a qualified Instructor. SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS MANDATORY WHEN SPARRING.
